Privacy
This page explains the starter privacy setup for StudyAI. It should be reviewed before launch and updated with the final business details, hosting provider, and payment provider.
Information StudyAI Uses
- Email address for account login.
- Hashed password data for account security.
- Free question usage and premium status.
- Study questions entered into the chat so the AI can answer.
- Feedback messages, optional name, optional email, and rating if users submit the feedback form.
- Stripe customer/payment identifiers after checkout is connected.
Payments
Card details should be handled by Stripe Checkout. StudyAI should not store full card numbers or card security codes.
AI Questions
Questions may be sent to the AI provider through the StudyAI backend. Users should not type private information, passwords, bank details, medical information, or anything they would not want processed by an AI service.
Children and Students
StudyAI is made for studying. If a student is under the required age in their country, they should use the service with parent or guardian permission.
Data Requests
Users can ask to access, correct, or delete their account information by contacting nicoteixeiracudeiro@gmail.com.
